Hello there!

With over two decades living on beautiful Vancouver Island and many years before that living in sunny Southern California, I am inspired by the diversity of human experiences. 

I am passionate about supporting people during their most challenging and vulnerable moments. As a trauma survivor myself, I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I believe wholeheartedly in our shared capacity for growth and healing. My journey has led me through the arts, sciences, and philosophy, but I have found my calling in helping others navigate the sometimes treacherous waters of life.

In my personal life, I love spending time with my teenage children and friends, finding joy in laughter, and connection to the natural world.

It is an honour to walk alongside those on their path to transformation and healing.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, a National Certified Counsellor with the National Board of Certified Counsellors in the United States, and a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor Associate in Washington State.
